•   Bases and tables are “KD” (knocked-down) and
require assembly.

•   Chairs will be assembled and cartoned with extra
charge unless requested by customer to ship KD.
The Customer can also request to ship merchandise
blanket-wrapped, in this case chairs will not be
cartoned, however this is not recommended since the
possibility of freight damage is higher. COF will not be
responsible for damage on merchandise caused by
blanket-wrapped shipment.

•   Items will be palletized, cartoned and shipped with
common carriers chosen by COF unless requested by
customers.

•   COF, or the carrier will contact customer for delivery
appointment. Please make sure to have enough help
and/or proper equipment for unloading merchandise
upon delivery. Truck drivers provide delivery service
are not required to assist in unloading shipment.
