Claims: Damage/Loss/Shortage
When shipping with common carrier, it is the
responsibility of the customer to note any shortage or
damage on the carrier’s bill of lading upon delivery.
Any failure to adequately present the evidence of
damage, loss or shortage may result in the carrier
dishonoring the claim. COF does not accept
responsibility for damage, loss or shortage in transit.
Requests for parts or replacement of merchandise due
to manufacturer defects must be accompanied by either
Polaroid or digital pictures. For digital pictures, please

Returns & Restocking
Cancellations and/or return will only be accepted
within 30 days with COF prior approval and are subject
to a 25% restocking fee. All freight and/or delivery
charges are non-refundable.
Availability
Availability is subject to change without notice. Some
items may be temporarily out of stock due to high
demand or situations beyond our control.
Warranty
Cal Oak warrants its merchandise for one year from the
invoice date. Any repairs on merchandise prior to Cal
Oak’s approval will void the warranty.
